KVKK Privacy Child Safety Community Rules FAQ

1. Scope and identity

UNID (Unidentified) provides anonymous communication features including global and local matching, voice/video/text interactions, and group rooms. This Privacy Policy describes how UNID collects, uses, stores, shares, and deletes data required to operate these features safely.

This policy applies to the UNID mobile app, related services, and this website. If local law provides additional rights, those rights apply in addition to this policy.

2. Data we collect

  • Account and profile data: UUID, display name, avatar selection, language and app preferences.
  • Service activity data: room participation state, match state, token balances, subscription status, anti-abuse flags, and operational timestamps.
  • User-generated content and safety signals: reports, moderation metadata, and evidence buffers where required for safety review.
  • Purchase and billing verification data: store product identifiers, transaction/receipt verification records, and entitlement updates.
  • Device and network context: country/channel determination signals, technical diagnostics, and security logs needed for fraud and abuse prevention.

3. How we use data

  • Provide core app functionality, including matching, rooms, communication, and token/subscription features.
  • Protect users and platform integrity through moderation, abuse prevention, and security controls.
  • Verify purchases and enforce entitlement consistency.
  • Maintain reliability, troubleshoot incidents, and improve service performance.
  • Comply with legal obligations and valid law-enforcement requests where applicable.

4. App permissions and consent

  • Microphone and camera permissions are used for voice/video features only.
  • Notification permission is used for match, room, and safety-related updates.
  • Where required by platform policy, in-app disclosures and permission prompts are shown before access.
  • Users can manage permissions at device level; disabling permissions may limit related features.

5. Data sharing and third parties

UNID does not sell personal or sensitive user data. Data may be shared only with service providers required to run the app (for example infrastructure, push, purchase verification, and security services), under contractual and technical safeguards consistent with this policy.

Where data is processed by third parties, UNID requires equivalent protection standards for security and privacy.

  • Infrastructure and hosting providers.
  • Notification delivery services.
  • Payment and in-app purchase verification providers (Google Play / Apple App Store flows).
  • Security and abuse-prevention services.

6. Retention and deletion

  • Data is retained only as long as necessary for product functionality, security, legal compliance, and dispute handling.
  • Operational datasets are subject to periodic retention cleanups.
  • Users can request account/data deletion through official support channels.
  • Where legal or security obligations require retention, UNID limits retention to the minimum necessary scope and duration.

7. Security

UNID applies technical and organizational measures to protect data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or loss, including transport security, access controls, and abuse monitoring.

8. User rights and controls

  • You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data via hello@unidapp.fun.
  • You may request account closure and deletion of related data, subject to legal and security retention requirements.
  • You may manage device-level permissions (camera, microphone, notifications) from your device settings.

9. Children and safety

UNID prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation content and behavior. Safety reporting and moderation controls are part of the service. For detailed CSAE/CSAM commitments, see the Child Safety Policy.

UNID is not intended for children. If we learn that data was provided in violation of applicable age rules, we will take action including account restriction or removal where required.

10. International operation

Depending on service architecture and providers, data may be processed in multiple jurisdictions. UNID applies safeguards designed to maintain consistent protection standards.

11. Policy updates

We may update this policy for legal, technical, or operational reasons. The latest version is always published on this page with an updated date.
